Foreclosure Defense Options
A petition for bankruptcy places an automatic stay on a home foreclosure. Bankruptcy may, or may not, be the best option for your overall financial health. There are other options which we can explore.
- Re-negotiate the terms — Although we can't promise results, we have had success in the past and been able to obtain a payment plan or lower interest rates.
